16. For reasons I've never quite understood

men think their penises are sacred. Women are just material property, but the penis, well you can't even show it in a film without a special rating. Its the holy grail. So if it has to be taken to the hospital for treatment then whomever offended it is going to get hurt a thousand times worse than the weenie itself.
