11. Not selecting an art-house documentary for screening doesn't equal censorship.
3398 screens for Expendables
5 for Tillman.

Documentaries have very limited audiences, and if it sparks someone's interest, they'll seek it out. If the engagement averages are high, the release will expand a bit. There's other documentaries out there right now making more money than Tillman Story, and they are also not being shown on bases.

Would a movie about military fuckups spark more interest to the military or the public, I don't know, I'd have to poll that. Because the general public loves being critical of the military, too. It was probably one of the hottest tickets at Sundance, which isn't exactly a military base.

I do know that a testosterone roller coaster with every action star on the planet, is gonna fill a theater on a military base. That's good scheduling, not censorship. Censorship would be if I bought a DVD online, and the Army inspected the contents of my package and deemed it contra-ban, or tore pages out of a magazine because they didn't want me to read an article.

There's plenty of other targets for my outrage, this is not one of them.
