All that birther rage along with the Muslim, socialist, fascist rage was to make 'white people' afraid of the President. It's racially and ideologically driven - these people are genuine fascists.

I've also lived through the sabotage of jobs, food shortages and so on orchestrated by the Chamber of Commerce and Private Sector bodies. Naomi Klein best explains it in Shock Doctrine. Don't forget that many of these goons and their financiers have assisted in overthrowing other governments.
