There's a big difference in being concerned and taking action. Rand Paul looks like a scrappy little fella that can take care of himself. He also looks like he can afford a security detail if he's CONCERNED about his safty.

I don't care what the woman said. I don't care what sign she was carrying and I don't care that she approached Rand Paul. She did not attack him physically. She did absolutely nothing that justifies her getting stomped on by anyone, let alone the hair-lipped, dickless wonder who stompped on her.
