supposedly debating Andy Card about the tax cuts and what they want to cut. Card says that one Repub can't speak for all of them they have to caucas, then they will tell us what they will cut.

Carville says you won the election so now you can tell us what you will cut. Andy Card then says they can tell us because they haven't chosen their members. Carville then says well I'll give you two months that's fair,then he said he'll make it three.

First of all,who told Carville that he is speaking for the Dems or the President. Second,I don't recall anyone giving the President a day to chose his cabinet...
