3. We'll see. Republicans can and will force them to wait the full three days to invoke Rule 14, then
force a two-day ripening period, then filibuster the motion to proceed, then force 30 hours of post-cloture debate on the motion to proceed, then force another 2-day ripening period for the bill, then filibuster final passage, then force 30 hours of post-cloture debate on final passage.

This is all ASSUMING we get 60 votes to override every one of these filibusters.
