The sad part is, many Americans still don't acknowledge this. People are still putting their faith in elections and politicians and buying into the hype and media glamor. It's all they know. People don't realize that the media and party power structure will never allow a real progressive to gain power in this country because it's a threat to everything they've built. The only ones that will ever be allowed to ascend will be those already compromised. A man or woman who won't "rock the boat" and really change anything.
