Ok, maybe that would be a bit crass, but I really hope they are reading it.

There was nothing you said yesterday that in any way disparaged them, just some nameless clientele. In fact, did you notice how many of us on this thread say that we would like to visit based on the pics and your description? If anything, you provided some good PR imho.

Best of luck to you and again, I hope they won't accept your resignation.
