Remember our mayor, Bob Ryan?

Mayor of Sheboygan who got in the national headlines and national comedians' sights after getting plowed, and making crude jokes about his sister-in-law?

He had a relapse over the past weekend.

Went to a bar in Elkhart Lake, got plowed, made lewd remarks to women, and passed out.

I think he's on his way out.
