23. true. there are many variables that will come into play. who his opponent is, and what the
unemployment percentage is, are two very important factors. Unemployment really needs to get down in the 7's, because they don't even count people that have given up in those figures, and, if it's Perry as his opponent (or Bachmann or even Palin for that matter) then all he needs is a slight improvement and I think the Dems take back the House and re-elect Obama.
