and the people of Arizona had to vote to constrain the Arizona legislature from changing the law they voted for that would've made it unworkable.

it seems like the only people who have reefer madness are those who want to continue failed policy because some people are okay with making money off of demonizing a substance that is far safer than alcohol (again, the pols' drug of choice.)

I am coming to the point at which I think there is some sort of mass hysteria on the part of some members of our legislatures. But the reality is probably far more quotidian and they're just out-of-touch with the times and research, not reality.
