Check this out. The website appears to be genuine. Could one of the WI locals please chime in quickly if it's a hoax, so I can ask the mods to disappear this thread if it's bogus?

Basically, the 80-year-old Dem observer was not told about the Brookfield mess until after the votes were certified and says she doesn't understand computers.
