He is a Democrat, which gives me hope, but a milk-toast Democrat, which means not so much in the hope department.

This is the second time within a dozen years that the Missouri legislature has gone against the will of the people. In '99 Missourians voted not to allow conceal-carry within the state, but the 'Pugs, with the help of the NRA just kept hammering away at it, and were able to push it through with the help of the Boy Blunder, Matt Blunt, son of Roy.

I think that the next initiative petition should be one that binds the legislature to follow the will of the people who voted on initiative ballot issues.
