Just heard: DEMOCRAT ahead of REPUBLICAN in WA Govenors race

Just heard on news that only 13 votes separates the 2 candidates.

The Democrat, Christine Gregoire is ahead of GOP Dino Rossi. Because the vote is so close, THERE WILL BE A HAND RECOUNT OF ALL THE VOTES.

15. The hand recount is MANDATED by Washington State Law

It doesn't matter who is ahead. I can't remember the % but this election count is so close, it's required under WA state law.
