Bruno rolls out vision of Senate reform
Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, R-Brunswick, selected Thursday to lead his conference for two more years, also ruled out giving minority Democrats more of a role.

"The majority rules in a democracy, otherwise it's not a democracy. So we are in the majority, and, as the elected representatives of the people, it's up to us to move an agenda."

"The problem gets to be who can out-reform the other," Bruno continued. "No one is going to out-reform us. Not in terms of efficiency and responsiveness. That includes relating to the elected members of the (Senate), and there are 62 of them. And we're going to be responding to all of them."

2. Bruno's more interested in campaign $$$ from NYC than his own constituents
Bruno is New York State's Tom DeLay. He needs a financial proctoscopy from Eliot Spitzer.
