BAGHDAD, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Two foreign civilians, at least one of them British, were arrested in Baghdad on Monday after a gunfight in which one of the Iraqi interior minister's bodyguards was killed, a senior police source told Reuters.

Shooting broke out when a advance party of the minister's security detail came upon a civilian car whose occupants they felt were behaving suspiciously, the source said. snip

The two others in the civilian car, at least one and possibly both of whom were British, were disarmed and arrested but soon released, the source said. snip

Witnesses at the scene, where a Korean-made compact sedan stood covered in bullet holes, said a female bystander also appeared to have been killed. But police could not confirm that.

3. This screams coalition sabotage
Will this place get any stranger? This now makes me wonder who is really trying to stop elections in that country.
