White House Hosts T-Ball Game
Edited on Sun Sep-07-03 09:37 PM by party_line
WASHINGTON -- A T-ball game on the South Lawn of the White House gave President Bush a few laughs Sunday afternoon as he prepared for a more sobering task of addressing the nation about the global war on terrorism.

edit to add: This so isn't LBN. Sorry I posted it but I read it and seethed, thinking sarcastically, Well THAT'S what's important after all.

I'm glad the kids are having fun but it seems spooky that he's whooping it up before he asks for all this sacrifice. The contrast in realities just hit me very weird.
