Jimmy Carter Grandson Accused of Burglary
Edited on Tue Dec-07-04 11:01 AM by Tab
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. - A teenage grandson of former President Jimmy Carter has been charged with burglary and possession of marijuana after police said he broke into a house of a former friend and took a video game console.

Jeremy Carter, 17, also was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol and was released Sunday on $11,500 bond.

The high school senior is the son of Annette and Jeff Carter, Jimmy Carter's youngest son.

"My son is innocent. This is ridiculous. He will be exonerated," Jeff Carter said Monday night.

The Dems steal video games. The Republicans steal... our future?

people should remind the fr*pers of what they said about the "Simple Life" twins and their public drinking . . .

Addenda:

Well, I guess there is. Wonder why you only heard about Amy all these years? Guess the kids of Jimmy have all been staying out of trouble . . .

9. Amy was visible because of residing in the White House.
The other kids have always kept a low profile.

8. Daddy Carter needs to drop the righteous indignation.
He'd be better served to refrain from commenting. Sad story.

11. Agree and if
he felt he just had to open his big mouth it would be better to just say, 'kids make mistakes' and let it go. When you get outraged and deny something you only call more attention to it and drag it out longer.
