Warren officials pledge reform
Election-night lockout won't happen again

By Erica Solvig
Enquirer staff writer

LEBANON - Warren County leaders promised Tuesday to avoid repeating their election-night lockdown after some elections officials said even they were in the dark when it came to the security procedures.

That means reporters and photographers will be able to watch the count like they do in all other area counties.

The agreement came after the first meeting between media representatives and the board of elections and county commissioners since officials barred reporters and the public from the administration building while votes were counted.

Next Time Is Not Good Enough
Warren County's illegal actions constitute grounds for a revote in Ohio. Period.

3. Umm, just give us the name of "FBI agent"
Also the name of the person who suggested that the counting take place behind closed doors, and all those who seconded the motion.

Then throw everyone's a** in prison for about 10 years for the charge of election tampering.

6. Do they know something about the next time that we don't know yet?
It is impossible to SEE fraud when it is being done electronically.

8. It is a little late to promise now. Those jack asses belong in jail
and I'm hoping enough evidence will be found to put them all there. They can play with their toe jam while serving time during the next 5 years.
