Area Activists Demand FBI Probe - North County News (NY)
by Adam Stone

Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D/Harrison) told North County News Friday she supports a federal investigation into voter fraud surrounding the 2004 presidential election.

<snip>

Also, asked by North County News about the possibility of a recount swinging the election, David Wade, a Kerry spokesman, said: "We are receiving frequent updates (about) the counting of ballots, so there'll be no surprises."

A rally was held in front of the FBI office in White Plains Friday. Westchester County activists are calling on the bureau to investigate irregularities.

Organizer Nick Mottern of Peekskill estimated a 40-person turnout at the 222 Bloomingdale Road, White Plains office.

"Folks were very enthusiastic, glad to be acting on their concerns," Mottern said. "We got much favorable reaction from motorists."

The local activists, whose group is named Transparent Democracy, plan on rallying in front of the building again today (Wednesday) at noon.

1. This is an excellent article. Thanks for sharing! Notice the end of
the story that they mention we need a "re-vote" not a "recount". I sent them a thank you email.

3. Great article. A revote is necessary. Hope everyone has read this.
It brings up events which simply can have no other reading than deliberate seizure and manipulation of the election results.

Only a revote can clear them. They can show the world they didn't commit vote fraud by producing results WITH WITNESSES just like the first ones!

5. Big Smile
:D. Way to go Westchester residents. My hometown peeps are doing the Dem's (and me!) proud. Honestly, this sounds like great grass roots organizing. I needed to read something upbeat and encouraging. SO, thanks for the story.

6.  This is a great article, except for Hilary Clinton refusing
to comment. Even if she was nominated for the ticket in 2008, she couldn't win against the type of things that were done in the 2004 campaign. Why does she think she or any other Democratic candidate have any chance whatsoever of winning if we don't fight the fraud this time.
Actually they will probably get rid of her in her re-election bid for the senate. Now they have had two elections to perfect the fraud, so if she doesn't step up now and help stop this, I'd say her days in politics are numbered. She is not going to help her chances by lying low now, she should have commented for Adam Stone's article.
Then she should join in the fight to take back our democracy!

7. Kick - and I asked Adam
...if he'd be willing to share what 'interview methods' Hilary's press person objected to. He replied, "I'm gonna decline on revealing what ticked Hanley off." I wouldn't like to speculate, but it is a shame that neither she nor Senators Schumer or Kelly made time to answer questions. Doesn't reflect well on them at all in my book.

Anyway, Adam also said he's still interested in links to MSM articles covering the election (no op-ed pieces, just straight mainstream news reports). So if you were sending them like I was, keep it up!
