Pakistan captures man accused of kidnapping UN workers
BEIJING, Dec. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- Pakistani security personnel have captured the mastermind of a militant Islamic group who allegedly kidnapped three UN workers in Afghanistan.

Pakistan Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed says Syed Akbar Agha, the chief of Jaish-al Muslimeen, or Army of Muslims, was captured in the southern city of Karachi this week.

The minister says that Agha has not been handed over to the Afghan government yet.

Three UN personnel working for the Afghan presidential elections were kidnapped in October and released one month later.

1. Why do all the "captures" happen in Pakistan?
Is there an endless supply of terrorists there?

It seems like whenever dumbya is in trouble, Pakistan produces one more terrorist to wow the nation at the good job the "ally" is doing.

Why not capture all of them at once, instead of producing them one by one?
