Spy soup is blamed for Yushchenko poisoning
Times
From Jeremy Page in Moscow

UKRAINIAN prosecutors are reopening a criminal investigation into the poisoning of Viktor Yushchenko, the opposition leader, after doctors confirmed that his disfiguring illness was caused by dioxin.

The inquiry is expected to focus on allegations that the chemical contaminant was given to Mr Yushchenko, possibly in his soup, at a dinner with top officials from the Ukrainian Security Service, the SBU, the night before he fell sick in September.

It will also address troubling questions about whether the poisoning was ordered by his rival, Viktor Yanukovych, the Prime Minister, or even by the Kremlin, which fears that Mr Yushchenko will pull Ukraine out of its strategic orbit if he wins a presidential election.

Mr Yushchenko checked out of the Rudolfinerhaus clinic in Vienna yesterday to resume campaigning for a rerun of the presidential runoff with Mr Yanukovych on December 26, which the opposition leader is now widely expected to win.

1. Bush should have given him a food tasting mouse warrior against terror.
From 2003:
Thai mouse to risk life for Bush in last line of bio-chemical defence

John Aglionby in Bangkok
Saturday October 18, 2003
The Guardian

A humble mouse is to put its life on a plate for US president George Bush this weekend - acting as his official food taster to thwart any attempt at a bio-chemical assasination.

The rodent is one of 10 selected by the authorities in Thailand, where Mr Bush is starting a four-day visit today, and will be served samples of food which the president will eat.

According to Thai officials, the mouse will nibble on Thai dishes and then be observed to see if it drops dead or suffers any ill effects.

6. oh to be a cartoonist!
Imagine there are two place settings. One sawys GW on it and the other,a tiny tiny plate with a dainty mouse print. You see the head of GW and next to him a small head with two large pink ears. As the waiter arrives with the food GW says "Serve him first."

5. actually i think he was poisend before those comments
but i think it does show that some people were much more aware fo what was going on in the Ukraine than thew were letting in, ie. bushco knew he was poisend well before the story really took hold here.

3. Remember right after selection, Bush tried to increase the acceptable
levels of dioxin people could injest.

4. I am completely freaked and obsessed by this story
with accompanying nightmares of those before and after pictures. It does seem to come "coincidentally" around the food supply issue. Coming attractions, I guess.

You find something funny that his health was seriously damaged and his face disfigured, that cartoon was really unnecessary.

17. ya! why arent you people taking this spy soup thing seriously?!?
i dont think the poster is laughing at the affliction. otoh, "spy soup" is hilarious! just saying it is funny! but my favorite (so far) is the one about the "disappearing ink" on ballots. ROFL! that always reminds me of those johnson-smith catalogs replete with fake vomit, joy buzzers and whoopee cushions!

for all i know the diagnosis could be more b.s. its already hip deep with disappearing ink and spy soup! maybe yuschinko bought himself some "scar stuff" from the same catalog an soon as he's selected he'll probably wipe the shit off! WHO KNOWS?!?!
