BAE denies Saudi 'slush' report

British defence giant BAE Systems has denied press reports detailing allegations that it ran a "slush fund" used to entertain Saudi officials in London.
The Guardian newspaper reported that it had obtained documents suggesting that the company spent millions of pounds on travel, luxury accommodation and other expenses for high-ranking Saudi officials visiting London:

The company, whose shares are no longer UK-majority owned, was infiltrated two years ago by a spy called Ian Parr, who has been given a lengthy custodial sentence after admitting stealing highly sensitive company information to sell on to Russian interests.
