1. If He Deserved It

And entered a "Guilty" Plea, then he's subject to the full force of the laws and sentances in the Nation that allows us a military presence in "their" area IMHO.

I'm not arrogant by any means, but a guy like this needs to be fed a steady diet of "saltpeter" before, during and after we shipped his ass overseas to represent the other 99.99999% percent of the US.

i hope japan kicks out all military outposts. japans crime rate is probably based purely on us troops there.

With all due respect, your post is utter crap. Us military presence in Europe after WW2 was vital, as it was in the Balkans. And to claim that US troops cause all of Japans crime is utterly ridiculous.
