What if they ain't 'MAYBES"

anyone else listening to AL relate a story from his experience touring a prison in Iraq - not abu gharib - and where some CW star traveling with him during the USO tour tells the guards he 'couldn't do you job, he'd kill'em' and then he related how the CO said, these are 'MAYBES' i guess to remind us that they haven't been found guilty of resisting the occupation i guess?! but what if they weren't MAYBEs and were DEFINATELYS... then what? execute them? lock'em up, FOREVER :shrug:
