Judge impound Yonkers ballots (another impound of ballot boxes this week!)
(NOTE- this is similar to Poughkeepsie elections earlier this week)

YONKERS — A state Supreme Court judge has impounded the voting machines and paper ballots used in Tuesday's primaries in Yonkers, leaving some doubt over Deputy Mayor Phil Amicone's victory in the highly contested Republican primary for mayor.

The court order, issued by Justice Francis A. Nicolai in White Plains, puts hundreds of voting machines and the paper ballots under police watch. It also prevents the Westchester County Board of Elections from certifying all primary contests held in Yonkers — which included close races for mayor, City Council and City Court judge — so the results can be manually retallied

The problems, he said, included reports of faulty voting machines and allegations that members of the Amicone camp tried to prevent some Spano supporters from voting — allegations the deputy mayor denied

In July, Spencer asked the state attorney general to investigate what he described as a "pattern of election fraud, public corruption and abuse of power in Westchester County," with much of his allegations pertaining to the Spanos and the Board of Elections. Nicholas and Michael Spano, in turn, have suggested that Spencer and Amicone be investigated.

1. It's not important who gets the most votes, it's
who counts the votes that matters.

5. Wow, I wish they'd seize the ballot boxes/machines in today's vote in Tx.

regarding med. malpractice/tort reforms.

Providing, of course, that the court was truly neutral, which is unlikely in Texas.

I'm about 99% sure they would discover fraud.
