HOLLYWOOD, Florida (AP) -- A prostitute turned in a customer after seeing child pornography, including a video of an apparent toddler rape, on the man's home computer, police said.

Detective Carlos Negron said police were contacted by the woman on Tuesday, saying that while working at the man's apartment as a prostitute she saw numerous pictures of children who appeared to be between ages 3 and 16 performing sex.

I'm adding that to the "plus" column for arguments in favor of legalized prostitution.

1. There's no judge or jury on earth that should want to slap any kind of penalty on this woman.

If somebody's crazy enough to be molesting toddlers, I wouldn't want prostitutes alone with him in his house. Better a safe, secure brothel.

broke up an internet child pornography swap group. the perp asked the prostitute to find him a 6-year old to photograph. so she set up the "meet" and the cops and tv news broke in with him undressed, smoking pot. big bust!

Prosecutors do keep this kind of thing in mind and have the discretion not to file charges. She did a good thing and didn't have to, that will count for something.

If she does get charge with anything in this case, she should ask for a jury trial.
