The story told of masked individuals handing out leaflets to potential "voters" warning them of death if they go to the polls, and how election officials maintain an extremely low profile; many keep their occupation secret, known only to those they work with. Even "voters" in the "Green Zone" have their share of fear and dread. It was a chilling report.

I imagine the technicians at Diebold have their work cut out for them!

2. I would guess not many women will be able to vote given the violence

in the street. Then this. Glad to see * has brought so much democracy to those who were without before. What a joke. He's put those woman back to the stone age. Actually it sounds like most of Iraq is back in the stone age. I sure hope there is a special hell for these people that cause so much misery to others.
