Chertoff worth millions, documents show
By LARRY MARGASAK

Associated Press

WASHINGTON - Michael Chertoff, the president's nominee to head the Homeland Security Department, had assets worth between $2.1 million and $4.9 million at the end of 2003 but few investments were in individual stocks, documents show. <snip>

Chertoff, an appellate judge whose salary this year is $171,800, only listed one active stock investment at the end of 2003: holdings in Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., a company that specializes in research, development and sale of drugs used primarily to treat and manage pain. The stock was worth up to $15,000 at the end of 2003. <snip>

Chertoff's wife, Meryl, formerly worked in the legislative affairs office of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the disaster response agency that is part of the Homeland Security Department. <snip>

3. Quite the saver, isn't he? Where the hell did he get the money for his
largest holding--between $500K and $1 mil in a cash fund?

4. Dogging Clinton for 8 yrs was lucrative. It was important to save the
nation from Clinton's failed land deal and sexual dalliance. You know Clinton was only targeting Bin Laden because he was trying to distract from Whitewater and Monica. Chertoff certainly told us so often enough.

Chertoff defended a Saudi financier who funded terrorism, and then after 9-11 coopted Kerry's decade-long work to track the funding of terrorim and acted as if he came up with it. He's a liar and a thief.

7. What sort of nickname do you suppose he will end up with?
Jerk Off seems to fit. I'm still bothered by that ACLU release posted in another thread...

As for his wealth, he has to fill out the forms. He'd better not forget anything, or skip anything, OR ELSE.

You can be sure after the Kerik debacle that they probably sent a search party all the way up his ass looking for anything that could cause difficulty later on.

11. yep
they sure did...that kerik so surprised the busheviks trusting souls so they make darn sure this ' cherkof' punk is a well used whore...i mean a good candidate....w/out too many murders or suspected rapes on the record (still secret ones are cool).
anyone who thinks the kerik debacle wasn't planned needs to consider that the result was to make bushinc look naive or trusting (stupid if you want to be mean spirited) and there was no way a mercenary thug like that was seriously considered...remember that the mediawhores not only tell the people what to think, but they tell them what they think they think they think! and it works! just watch your local news....lol
