Putin Greets Bush Sr. to Bolster U.S. Visit

Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, laid on an especially warm welcome at his favourite holiday spot of Sochi yesterday for a man many Russians think is really driving American policy - George Bush Sr.

The former US president and father of the incumbent, George Bush Jr, is on a private trip to Russia, meeting senior officials and businessmen.

Yet President Putin altered his agenda to fly the former president to Sochi and personally greet Mr Bush and his wife, Barbara, on the airport asphalt. The three then left for the presidential residence of Bocharov Ruchei in a Kremlin limousine.

Analysts will see the greeting as an attempt to rebuild any bridges still burned from the Iraq crisis before the Kremlin head flies to the United States on September 25.

"I can tell you our president will be overcome with gratitude for the way you are treating Barb and me," Mr Bush Sr said. "Our president has a great feeling not only of respect of friendship for President Putin. This is not diplomatic language - this is right from the heart."

4. A new "terror attack:" in agreement?
Intelligence used to manipulate criminal gang to reach their goal. They have informants everywhere, and penetrate every organization and company. Terrorist attack such like OKC bombing and 911 attack were allowed to happen, if not conducted by them. With whcih they got more police power.

The typical story is the missile smuggling case. In which the buyer is an FBI informant and supplier is the secret police of Russia. If they only tipped that British weapon agent to a potential terrorist, (you can imagine FBI have a bunch of them in black list of those Islamic fanatics whom are eager to revenge) allow him to shot down an aeroplane. Then there will be a third Mid-east war or a new "Patriot Act 3".

That is how terror attack happens.

7. Nope. Poppy is there for an altogether different set of reasons
Poppy is there to try to start cleaning up the mess junior and the PNACers made of US diplomacy.

He's trying to bail out the spoiled brat once again.

Poppy is a GOP "pragmatist" like Eagleburger, or Kissinger.
He is not blinded by ideology and must have heard the alarm bells
sounding out when the Saudi delegation landed at Moscow airport.

They are now trying to override the neo-cons for fear that this mess has gone too far.

The russians know fully well that until now it is Cheney that is in
control, and they want something to be done about that if the US
wants them to keep playing nice.

The russians will also want from Poppy a piece of the action in Iraq,
otherwise, no UN resolution.

Rummy and Wolfie better behave, otherwise the "adults" in the GOP
may take the DoD toy from their hands...

10. Exactly! But guess what?
Bush Sr. is going to leave Russia w/ lot's of smiles and empty promises and while he's there, they're going to steal his wallet too! Russia has absolutely no reason whatsoever to bail the idiot son out or to help in any way. US goes down, Russia goes up. It's as simple as that and they don't even have to lift a finger. They just sit back, smile and watch it happen.
