A short excerpt:

COLUMBUS - The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed challenges brought by voters seeking to overturn President Bush's victory and the re-election of Chief Justice Thomas Moyer.

The 37 voters asked to drop both cases Tuesday. The high court granted the requests without comment.

Attorney Cliff Arnebeck represented the voters who accused the Bush campaign of fraud and wanted the court to examine several Election Day problems such as long lines, a shortage of voting machines in predominantly minority neighborhoods and problems with computer equipment.
