York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has launched a probe of the mutual fund industry, and regulators have sent subpoenas to the 80 largest firms. Spitzer wants to know if fund managers have been extending special treatment to high-rolling hedge funds at the expense of regular investors.

Where is the SEC Aschcroft and others prosecuting these Theives
