Swift boat co-author ponders Senate bid
Published 1/25/2005 12:53 PM

BOSTON, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- The co-author of a book accusing Democratic presidential nominee John F. Kerry of embellishing his war record plans to run against him for U.S. Senate.

Jerome Corsi, who, with retired Navy Lt. John O'Neill, is credited as the co-author of "Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry," said he plans to move to Massachusetts later this year as the first step in his 2008 campaign for the U.S. Senate seat now held by Kerry.

"I'm going to do it," Corsi said. "I've got serious political aspirations now."

The book, described by Publishers Weekly as a "heated critique" of Kerry's military record and anti-war activities, spent weeks as a best seller and is credited with causing considerable damage to Kerry's presidential aspirations.

Corsi may be able to dish out "Buddy Focker" lies --- but can he survive the real real scrutiny of what the founders and leaders of the self-anointed "Swift Boat Veterans for Truth" participated in and covered up ----

Friendly fire deaths

Friendly fire death cover ups

I knew Jerry Phillips family. I later met Ross Bell.

Corsi is unfit for anything but whoring, he is funded by the lowest scum of the naval service -- "Buddy Fockers"

Read all about the "Swift Boat Veterans for the Cover up of Friendly Fire Deaths of Jerry Phillips and Dave Brostrom" (at least two of the leading lights of Corsi's and O'Neil"s group were involved in the killings of Brostrom and Phillips --- and the subsequent cover up) -

Corsi is a "Buddy Focker" like O'Neil and Hoffmann.

The "Coastie for the Truth" never forgives and never forgets

If he throws his hat in the ring maybe someone in the somnolent press will actually scrutinize his anti-Kerry claims and expose him for the fraud that he is.

Maybe.

37. Will there be "vapor-voting" machines??
If so, look for lots of polling/media reporting how "well" he's doing/and more "revealing" articles about Kerry..

he "could" get in..:(

Kerry dared to challenge doofus.. "defeating" him was not enough. The *² family holds grudges, and never fails to mete out punishment.
The Bush family will not stop until Kerry is destroyed...one way or another.

14. Can't wait...Corsi and the Swift Boat Liars will be eaten alive
Corsi is a bona fide racist fruitcake. As Douglas Brinkley, the author of the book (Tour of Duty: John Kerry and the Vietnam War) that instigated the Swift Boat Liars said in a C-SPAN book interview, Corsi isn't someone that respectable people can expose to the light of day. Tour of Duty is the book that Rasmussen--the man whose life Kerry saved--saw in a bookstore, which caused him to reconnect with Kerry (and helped Kerry win Iowa (one of those critical primaries). A less than favorable mention of one of the commanding officers (Admiral Hoffman) in this book brought him into the Swift Boat Liars fold.

From the Raving Atheist's web site: A book critical of John Kerry's war record was written by "a virulent anti-Catholic bigot," the Democratic presidential nominee's campaign has charged. Jerry Corsi, co-author of "Unfit for Command," has also been forced to apologize for anti-Muslim, anti-Semitic and homophobic remarks he posted on a right-wing online forum. The Kerry campaign called Corsi's Web chat postings "disgusting," and spokesman Chad Clanton said that "t says something about the smear campaign against John Kerry that it has stooped to enlist a hatemonger."

Perhaps you could take some of your collected rantings on FR and publish them in your biography. I'm sure the good people of Massachussets would be delighted to learn about your political views. Your revelations about Muslims, Catholics, and homosexuals would be a particular hit.

31. You do that, Corsi.
I am going to have mighty fun watching this guy go down harder than Alan Keyes did - and that's saying something. In 2002, Kerry won with 81 percent of the vote. The Republican candidate didn't get enough signatures to even make on the ballot! And the Libertarian challenger, Michael Cloud, was so desperate he went on a hunger strike to try and get attention.

Oh my, I hope this guy knows what he's in for! Wait...no I don't. I hope he actually thinks he has a chance. That way, his loss will be even MORE satisfying.

John Kerry will unleash the ass-kicking of your life, the one his campaign advisors restrained him from doing upon you during the presidential election. Mr. Corsi, I'd call you a piece of shit, but that's giving shit a bad name. You are a traitor to true American principles, much like everybody else in the fraudulent, illegitimate Bush* administration.
