FBI rules out Boston terror threat

BOSTON - It started with a grudge and a cell phone.

That, Mexican and American law enforcement officials said, was the motive and opportunity that led two men suspected of smuggling Chinese immigrants across the Mexican border to placing a single phone call to officials to warn of a possible terror threat against Boston.

The FBI said Tuesday that the possible terrorist plot reported against Boston by a tipster last week was a false alarm.

4. They're Not All That Threatening

I've seen them on leashes, and curled up on pillows, and I just don't see why people find them threatening in the least.
