IL Girl Charged In Dismembering Death Of Girl

16-year-old Milan, Illinois girl has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of another teenager.

Sarah Kolb is accused of killing and dismembering 16-year-old Andrianne Reynolds of East Moline, who was reported missing by her father last Friday after she failed to show up for work.

According to court records, Kolb, who has been charged as an adult, allegedly strangled Reynolds and struck her with a piece of wood. Her dismembered body was found last night in Black Hawk State Park in Rock Island.

Rock Island County State's Attorney Jeff Terronez says the investigation into the slaying also led police to Millersburg in Mercer County, where other body parts may have been found.

Has a serial killer been nipped the bud? Ted Bundy allegedly started at the age of 15. He had a paper route, and a nine-year-old girl who lived on it is unaccounted to this day.

...when I first saw it. I decided not to. I am not sure why? Maybe it was because it left a real bad taste with me. I tried to see value in posting the story, but just couldn't find any. I am curious if you see something in this item that I didn't? To me it's just a really bad random thing.

So, apparently sometimes girls kill and dismember their vicitims. Not often, but sometimes. I feel sorry for both their parents.

...any cannibalism by the girl who committed the murder? How about a history of abuse from family, friends, religious cults or the government? Children do not commit grotesque crimes of this sort out of the blue. If she is being charged as an adult then her past ought to be open to the public.
