American Family Voices Launches Ad Questioning Halliburton's Sweetheart De
American Family Voices will launch a television advertisement asking the government to take care of America's troops and families instead of taking care of Halliburton.

The ad, which will begin running tomorrow in Washington, D.C., New Hampshire, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin notes the sweetheart deals Halliburton is receiving from the U.S. government while budgets for education, healthcare and even veteran's benefits are being slashed across the country. It is the first ad in a multimillion dollar ad campaign planned for the fall.

I guess that $87 Billion Dollar plus speech Dimbo made had a good effect after all. People are starting to question "their" masters.

Edited for spelling.

4. Good!
I mentioned to a right-wing co-worker how Halliburton was making a killing in Iraq on contracts, beating out Iraqi contractors even though their bids were millions of dollars higher. She said in disgust, "How do you find out this information?" I told her I read a lot because I liked to be informed of what my government was doing. I guess she doesn't get this information off the Roger Ailes/Murdoch propoganda wire.

6. They were pretty arrogant about Halliburton
Didn't they think some of us might notice and find the "deal" outrageous. I'm beginning to think their MO is to throw so many destructive curve balls at us that be will become immune and just accept them all!

13. I believe their deal is based on a cost plus formula.
The beauty about such a deal is that you have a fair amount of latitude to determine the costs.
