Will Overseas Soliders Get to Vote in Recall?

Californians who are part of the U.S. troops serving overseas may not get their voting materials in time to cast their ballots in the recall election.
Many did not expect to be gone for so long, and had no idea that an election would even occur....

I hope the ACLU legal team included this in their arguments for delaying the vote.
Surely our soldiers serving in Iraq deserve a chance to vote in this election.
