LABOUR HUMILIATED IN BRENT BY-ELECTION
TONY Blair was given a bloody nose by voters last night in a by-election humiliation.

Labour saw a 13,000 majority overturned by the Lib Dems in a shock defeat in the stronghold of Brent East.

Lib Dem candidate Sarah Teather snatched the north London constituency by 1,118 votes to inflict Labour’s first by-election defeat in 15 years.

The astonishing upset – on a

turn-out of 36.4 per cent – plunged the PM into a crisis of confidence just ten days ahead of the Labour conference.

Labour activists admitted Mr Blair was skewered by an angry backlash over the war in Iraq and a collapse in public trust.

First put them out of a job then give them a job in jail.

4. And I get to write
Fuck you Tony again!

Yay!

This is what you get for selling out real Labour values Mr Blair. You get to lose.

Contrary to the theorising that rightists are plotting a Tory takeover it appears that the lib dems have given themselves a chance of forcing the Tories out forcing the Tories into third place and challenging New Labour

5. Question
I understand the coter participation went down pretty much. To get better insight to the shifts, who slept over etc., do you or somebody else have the numbers on how many actual votes LD's, Labour and Tory's got last time? Persentages tell only half the truth.
