New Delhi, Mar 7 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez concludes a four-day official visit to India with a meeting with business representatives and a tour to centers of interest for scientific development.

Chávez agreed Sunday with authorities of Western Bengala state to cooperate on the comprehensive development of rural communities in India.

3. Meanwhile, back in Washington......
The administration is approaching a thermo-nuclear meltdown. They have green bile coming out of their mouth (think=Exorcist). A few are on the floor, having epileptic seizures. Their hands twitch spasmodically.

They're watching their oil wells fly away on their little wings. Their arteries have black gold flowing in them, and their life blood is drying up. They can feel their arteries caving in from the lack of sustenance.

As Hugo Chavez struts around the world, the Planners in Washington breathe fear. Their eyes twirl wildly in their sockets.

We are all anticipating their next move. This is World-Class Chess being played, and Senior Chavez just moved.
