Calif. School Sued For 2nd Time Over Homophobic Bullying

The father of a 12 year old boy has filed a claim for $100,000 against the Pacifica School District to force it to stop classmates from physically abusing and taunting his son with anti-gay slurs.

Mark Shaposhnikov has documented more than 120 incidents of abuse against the boy. In court documents Shaposhnikov says the incidents were raised with the principal of Ingrid B. Lacy Middle School and district administrators dozens of times and nothing was done.

The claim, a prelude to a potential lawsuit, contends that the school allowed more than 30 students to harass the boy last year.

3. One thing i cant stand...

I grew up in an extremely conservative Islamic house. My father was egyptian and my mother is american catholic converted to Islam. From kindergarten to 9th grade i literally got beat up everyday at school for being "Diffrent". I guess thats why one thing i cant stand is the bullying of kids for any reason, race, religion, sexual orientation or otherwise. Doesnt make me mad. Puts me in a RAGE.:evilfrown:

I'm not gay, but i was in the florida public school syster and what happend to me i now know is abuse.
