IS CUBA NEXT?

Below is a quote from an article from today's Miami Herald, alleging that the Cuban government is working with Iran to 'improperly' block transmissions of US propaganda to their soveriegn countries. The article states that the Iranians must be the driving force behind the supposed Cuban jamming of the Iranian propaganda being beamed from a US sat.

In the article, the spokesman for the propagands station states amazingly (as proof of Iranian fingerprints)

''We never thought that in a country such as the United States we'd be suppressed from freedom of speech,'' said Kourosh Abbassi, a spokesman at Azadi Television, which promotes political change in Iran. ``Seeing as we have no ax to grind with the Cuban government, they must be in cahoots with the Iranian government.''

Hmm. No chance the jamming was intended to block any and all propaganda broadcasts from the US, as they have typically been aimed at Cuba instead?

AND THEN THE BOMBSHELL. The allegation, slipped in, to equate Iran with Cuba, so we can do a regime change within 200 miles of the new Tampa based military strategic command center.

This quote is from later in the same article.

"Cuba has long been friendly with the equally anti-American Iranian regime, even selling biotechnology used to manufacture medical products to Tehran in the late 1990s that a Cuban defector alleged in 2001 could be used to produce biochemical weapons."

Sounds just like the links alleged and unproven in another recent war, doesn't it?

This is the link to the article.

We must impeach Bush before he wages another illegal war, propped upon lies.

2. They're small enough and Cubans won't likely shoot us in the streets...
...after we make them our chattle. Our troops are spread so thin I think the only thing we might be able to do, militarily, is possibly take over Cuba. It's a shambles financially since their sugar industry collapsed. Castro's been trying to retool the economy for years, but it's been a difficult path.

The media boon from this would make Iraq look like nothing by the way, because there are so many active Cuban-Americans who are chomping at the bit in Miami to have a Bay of Pigs redux, this time with all the support they need. To reiterate, this would be a freaking, deaking, HUGE media thing. The reunion stories, alone, would be enough to fill up it's own channel.

I can't imagine any loftier goals for doing it that taking another tropical paradise complete with dark-skinned help to serve us rum and cokes as our fat girlfriends and wives and kids trample and shit on the place.
