Head Start Leader Resigns Abruptly

Windy Hill, the leader of the Head Start preschool program, resigned abruptly Friday. Hill has been under review by the
Health and Human Services Department's inspector general over accusations of financial abuses at the Head Start center she ran in Bastrop, Texas, before becoming associate commissioner of the federal program in 2002.

My dad used to take me fishing there. As I recall, Bastrop was maybe one step higher than Blum on the civilization scale.

Bleeding the Bastrop Head Start program of sorely needed funds would take a severely corrupt excuse for a human being...
