Reid won't be returning lobbyist contributions
WASHINGTON -- Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid will not return campaign contributions he received during the past five years from lobbyists and clients associated with Jack Abramoff, a Reid spokeswoman said Friday.

1. Did the Democrats also except paid trips by Abramoff?
Edited on Sat Jun-04-05 09:24 AM by Toots
Most Congressmen accept lobbiest money ,which I think brings corruption, but it is the other things accepted that cause major concern. Did the Democrats do that as well and if they did then get rid of them also. How about having your daughter get champaigne poured over her in a hot tub by Abramoff during a political gathering. Did Democrats do that one too?

3. Supposedly some Dems also
got paid trips. Dems will just have to spotlight the different amounts and who was influenced.
