Biden says he intends to seek Democratic nomination for president
ASSOCIATED PRESS
12:47 p.m. June 19, 2005

Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., announced Sunday his intention to seek the Democratic nomination for President in 2008. Biden spoke on CBS's Face the Nation program Sunday, calling for an "an up-or-down vote" on the nomination of John Bolton.

WASHINGTON – Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., said Sunday he intends to run for president in 2008.

But Biden, who also sought the nomination in 1988, said he would give himself until the end of this year to determine if he really can raise enough money and attract enough support.

Going after the nomination "is a real possibility," he said on CBS' "Face the Nation."

"My intention, as I sit here now, is, as I've proceeded since last November as if I were going to run. I'm quite frankly going out, seeing whether I can gather the kind of support," Biden said.

2. It's new to me--and I don't like it. Does "plagiarism" ring any bells?
Sorry, Joe, you had your shot and you already blew it.

But at least a liberal can run against you--you might be useful as a foil.

7. Well given that Bidet voted for the Iraq war when anyone with a
brain knew it was terrible mistake at the time, given that Bidet wants our people to continue to stay there on Bush' in perpetuity time frame and is willing spend as many of our lives and as much of out money as is necessary to make that happen, and given that he is a whore for MBNA et al who assisted in pushing through the most abusive anti-middle class legislation against the middle class I have ever seen (MBNA et al Assistance Act aka BK Reform), I am less than enthusiastic about his candidacy.

If anybody knows, did he vote for or against the tax cuts?

9. JB's shining moment was when his bill cut off funding to the Contra
terrorists in Nicaragua.

Since then he's been mostly selling out the middle class.

Joe must wrongly assume no ones been paying attention.
