Holy cow…I will admit I didn’t see all of the breaking news coverage on CNN, but CNN seemed to be trying to make you feel sorry for the guy. They went into how he was bad health, how people knew him in town, and how he was one of the preachers at some funeral…

Considering what that sonofabitch did I was offended at CNN’s coverage of the story. They almost made this guy to be the victim.

I just looked for a link and can't find one yet. From memory, the judge said this verdict may be criticized, and that I should take Mr. Killan's age into consideration. If you really think a 20 year old convict should receive a longer sentence than an 80 year old, then, tell me why? He covered the fact that there was the death of 3 men in this case, and each life is as important as the other.

I guess the only surprise I had was when he said the sentences would be served consecutively! I expected a harsh sentence, but I did expect the judge to assign them to run concurrently. The result would have been the same. The guy's gonna die in prison, and it probably won't take 20 years for that to happen, let alone 60!
