Spain says it'll pull troops from Haiti
Spanish officials have said they would pull troops from Haiti by the end of the year because of the lack of international aid making it to the country.

Defense Minister Jose Bono said that since less than half of the $700 million in international aid to Haiti had arrived, Spain would pull its troops by early 2006 at the latest, El Mundo newspaper reported Thursday. <snip>
