Cunningham Investigators Focus On Buck Knife Sales

There are questions being raised Thursday over the use of the congressional seal on a buck knife that Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham sells through his own company.

Cunningham owns Top Gun Enterprises, which sells various war memorabilia including a Randy "Duke" Cunningham Fighter Ace buck knife. It features an official emblem of the American Fighter Aces Association, an autographed flight suit picture and the official seal of the United States Congress. The package sells for $595.

Problem is, federal law does not allow the use of the seal on commercial products, unless Congress gives express consent. There is no record of Congress ever giving approval for use of the seal on the knives.
