Not Enough Caskets for the Iraqi Dead
Not Enough Caskets for the Iraqi Dead

Coffin makers are unable to keep up with the demand for caskets in Iraq where tens of people die every day due to the continual armed attacks and bombings.

While casket prices increased due to the ever increasing demand, it is impossible to find caskets for the bodies of the poor and homeless. The price of a coffin varies from between $35 and $50 in Bagdat (Baghdad), in a city where one person dies every hour. Caskets have become a major necessity of the country due to the increasing number of deaths.

5. I'm sure they do. $5 cost and they'll sell each for $100
They, and Bush, know their priorities. Create a market and then profit from it.

15. I think it would be appropriate that
Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Powell, Rove, Wolfowitz, Perle, Krauthammer, Judith Miller, Micheal Ledeen, William Kristol, Stephen Cambone, "Scooter" Libby, Doug Feith, Bill O' Lielly, general Boykin and general Geoffrey Miller be sentenced to making caskets for the Iraqis for the rest of their lives.

8. Hey George

How about digging some new mass graves?
They would be a fitting testament to your war crimes.

12. "One person dead every hour."
This would be a good time to recall that upwards of 70% of Americans and vast majorities in both parties wanted this war.

So there is an abundance of blame to go around.

Withdraw. Pay reparations. Promise never to commit this kind of atrocity again.

14. Whip them into a frenzy
Create an imagined boogey man and of course they will agree to war. And it wasn't just the hyper patriots. The blame and culpability cuts across party lines and those who keep voting 'yes' for the murderous funding are also responsible.

Good Post
