Iraq and Afghanistan only 'an excuse' for terrorists: Blair

LONDON - Prime Minister Tony Blair rounded on Tuesday on critics who allege his support for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars made Britain more vulnerable to terrorists, insisting they were merely “an excuse” for attacks.

“Of course, these terrorists will use Iraq as an excuse, or use Afghanistan,” Blair told a press conference when quizzed about the reasons behind the July 7 London bombings in which at least 56 people died.

“September 11, of course, happened before both of those things and then the excuse was American policy, or Israel,” he said, referring to the 2001 attacks on the United States.

“They will always have their reasons for acting,” he said, speaking alongside Afghan President Hamid Karzai.

Terrorists terrorize because they just like terror and want to randomly terrorize which is why they are terrorists. They need no reason or excuse since terror is just to terrorize, not to influence anyone anywhere or for any point except to fuck with people. They are using Iraq, Afghanistan, 9/11, 7/7 as excuses to do what they want to which is terrorize for the sake of spreading random terror. I think.

I heard this the other day on the radio, made my head implode then trying to figure it out. It is no easier now.

He has only 2 possible explanations for the London bombing:

1) the terrorists struck because of Iraq and Afghanistan (which was purportedly presented in a letter).

2) the terrorists struck because they are terrorists.

See how idiotic that sounds? Blair knows he's a rat sitting in a corner.

And the timing is deadly.....if the bombing happened before we went into Iraq, it would have been different. But as it is, everyone knows the causality in these developments.

Notice, in the British press no one is sitting around, scratching their heads, wondering "why did they do this?". They all know.
