London Police Arrest Second Man in Stockwell, Spokesman Says
July 23 (Bloomberg) -- London police arrested a second man in south London's Stockwell neighborhood yesterday, a Scotland Yard spokesman said. The arrest is in connection with the attempted bombings of three subway trains and a bus in the British capital on Thursday, July 21, Sky News said.

The man was taken into custody at a central London police station, the spokesman said in a telephone interview today.

Yesterday afternoon, police arrested another man in Stockwell in connection with their investigation of the July 21 attempted attacks.
